we are looking for a candidate who fulfill these requirements
- -A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
A relevant Master’s degree is an added advantage
At least 5 years of experience in human resource-based position

Experience of leading and managing an HR team in an educational environment
Knowledge of Nigerian employment laws and current HR practice Experience of negotiation and resolution with outside agencies
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, appropriate to all levels of the community
Experience in guiding, managing and interacting with diverse teams
Honesty, integrity and confidentiality
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Highly developed team-working skills with a proactive, can-do attitude Knowledge of evidence-based systems to enable HR products and services to be developed
Pragmatic, common sense approach to problem solving
Evidence of the introduction of new ways of working, products or services to benefit the business
Familiarity and skill with MS Office Suite Experience and high-level skills in business presentations
